Email support is best effort, with no promised response time. Hardware, packs, and phone-network service are separate. Core local phone features do not require an account.

A few things, made clear.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid plan remains usable until its anniversary. Your purchased packs stay yours, and your phone’s local features keep working. Cloud backups have a 30-day grace period after a paid plan ends; copy them to your own storage before that period ends.
Can I change plans later?
Plan switching will be available when billing launches. Upgrade timing and credits will be shown before you confirm a change. There is no plan change or payment action in this preview.
What about a refund?
The planned first-purchase policy allows a request within 14 days of the first paid charge, prorated by the day. Renewals are not refundable unless required by law. See our returns information for the current policy.
